If your stay is shortened or cancelled the price of the reserved room is taken as a basis for calculation. This includes cancellation due to illness or injury, therefore we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

*Exception for reservations from 24.12.2025 - 03.01.2026 and 14.02. - 21.02.2026:

30 - 15 days before arrival 50% of the arrangement.

Exception for reservation for more than 3 rooms:

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
